Private  - Beginner Yoga
For first time students, seniors and anyone who prefers a softer, gentler approach to yoga. This program builds the fundamentals of alignment and breathing with basic postures (asanas) linked to rhythmic breathing techniques.
 
Private  - Multi-Level Yoga
For students of all levels of yoga experience.  Asana variations are presented so that students may work at their individual level.  This class explores asana alignment, vinyasa flow, pranayama, meditation, and deep relaxation.   It builds core strength, flexibility and balance of body and mind.  All levels welcome.
 
 
Private - Ashtanga

In the astanga vinyasa system, postures are linked together by flowing movement (vinyasa). The joining of the vinyasa with the gaze (drsti), the breath (pranayama) and the energy “locks” (bandha) is a powerful discipline for cultivating physical, mental and spiritual health. The practice cleanses, stretches and strengthens the body as well as focuses and calms the mind.​ All levels welcome.
